The effect of job morale and maritime stress on job performance with regard to the role of job commitment and job satisfaction of seafarers of the General Administration of Ports and Maritime of Guilan Province
Job career, its characteristics and the effects it can have on the individual and the organization have attracted the attention of many researchers in recent decades. Therefore, it is one of the more or less new phenomena that has affected the employees of many organizations and has brought about negative consequences and various individual and organizational problems. Seafaring is one of the most specialized and stressful jobs that can be said to be in the category of jobs that only love for this job can keep people in this job. Almost all people who join the ship from birth in social environments The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of work ethic and maritime stress on employment with respect to the role of job commitment and job satisfaction (Case study: Seafarers working in the northern ports of the country). In terms of purpose in the applied research category, it is descriptive in terms of how data is collected in the category of research and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of the research is seafarers of the General Administration of Ports and Maritime Affairs of Guilan Province. The sampling method in this research is simple random sampling. In this research, the field method has been used to collect data. The results indicate the confirmation of all twelve hypotheses in the present study.
