Abstract:
The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between content creation methods and online and offline teaching methods of professors with students' satisfaction with electronic education. The research method is descriptive and survey. The statistical population of all undergraduate students who are members of online and offline classes of Mazandaran University in the academic year of 2014-2016 was 10 thousand people, and 375 people were selected using the Karjesi and Morgan table by stratified random sampling. A 39-question researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaire was formally confirmed by experts and the result of Cronbach's alpha test was 0.95. The results showed that students were moderately satisfied with virtual education and there is a positive and meaningful relationship between students' satisfaction with virtual education and online and offline teaching. No significant difference was observed between satisfaction with virtual education from a demographic point of view (gender, place of residence, semester and field of study). There was a significant and positive relationship between the teacher's method of producing electronic content and students' satisfaction with electronic education. According to the results, the use of electronic education online in order to satisfy students more can be one of the main concerns of managers of educational organizations, and one of the ways to obtain satisfaction and quality of university education is to pay attention to online education. content production among professors.
