Investigating the effect of commitment and job entanglement on the dimensions of knowledge management (a case study of a military organization)

Abstract:
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of commitment and job entanglement on the dimensions of knowledge management in the Army University of Medical Sciences. The present research in terms of method; A description of the correlation type, in terms of purpose, applied, and in terms of time dimension, it was a cross-sectional research, and in terms of the type of data, it was a quantitative approach. The statistical population of this research includes all the administrative personnel of Army University of Medical Sciences, 900 people. Therefore, the sample size based on Morgan's table was 335 people, and finally 324 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The sampling method was also the available sampling method. The research tools included job stress questionnaires from HSE (2007), organizational commitment from Allen and Mayer (1991) and knowledge management from Lawson (2003), and the validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed. In order to analyze the data, at the level of descriptive statistics, frequency table, mean, standard deviation and at the inferential level of Kolmograf Smironov tests; Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model were used. Data analysis was done through Spss and Lisrel statistical software. The findings showed that the path coefficient of the effect of organizational commitment on knowledge management is equal to 0.30, the path coefficient of the effect of job interweaving on knowledge management is equal to 0.65 and has a higher t value of 1.96. Therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected with 95% confidence. That is, there is a significant relationship between the research variables.
