The place of social capital in the efficiency of the political system
Social capital, along with economic and human capital, is part of the national wealth of any country and society, which can be considered a sufficient position and platform for the use of human and physical capital, as well as a way to success. Regardless of social capital, no system will be able to reach capital. In such a way that most groups, organizations and human societies can not achieve enough success without social capital, and relying solely on economic and human capital. This study aims to investigate the role of social capital in the efficiency of the political system by descriptive-analytical method. Social capital is one of the new concepts that has been proposed in the economic and social studies of modern societies. At the most general level, social capital is a characteristic of a community or social group that increases the capacity of collective and voluntary organization to solve reciprocal problems or public problems.
