The Role of the Trade Facilitation and Business Window Agreement in the Realization of Citizenship Rights in the Iranian-Malaysian Legal System(Emphasis on intellectual property and privacy)
Utilizing a trade facilitation agreement and establishing a single window of cross-border trade at customs is one of the best possible approaches. In line with that, traders can provide relevant business information or required documents through a single portal to establish communication between the parties involved in the field of trade through this system electronically. From this perspective, the present article, after expanding the conceptual space of the issue, will examine customs issues. According to the thematic documents presented in this research, the research method is descriptive-analytical and the data collection method in this research is library. The main question of the article is: What effects will the use of the trade facilitation agreement and the business unit window have on the legal system of Iran and Malaysia?In response to this question, it is hypothesized that: "Approval of the Trade Facilitation Agreement and the window of the business unit in the legal system of Iran and Malaysia through the protection of intellectual property and privacy can promote the development of citizenship rights and play an effective role in reducing corruption."Therefore, it can be concluded that in the implementation of the agreement to facilitate trade and create a single window; With system automation, it will be possible for economic actors to provide the necessary information to a unit in specific forms and receive all permits and legal issues related to their activities from the same point.Therefore, this will be a positive step to facilitate matters, increase transparency and reduce systemic corruption.
