Bahaism and Islamic Civilization (From its formation to the end of the Pahlavi period)
Civilization is an order, which causes that cultural creativity, becomes possible and current. Islamic civilization, which based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH), has gone through up and down since its formation. In addition to the causes of the glory and grandeur of this civilization, factors have also weakened and lagged behind it. Sectarianism among Muslims has been one of the causes of the backwardness of Islamic civilization. The purpose of this study is to investigate and explain the role of the Baha'i sect in the decline of Islamic civilization. This research has done by qualitative interpretive study method, using library resources and reputable sites. According to the findings of this study, the Baha'i sect, by creating divisions and differences among Muslims, waging political and social conflicts, cooperating with the colonial powers against Islamic nations, and accompanying the formation of the Israeli regime in Islamic lands, has played an effective role in weakening and retreating of the survival of Islamic civilization.
