Provide a model of political development based on the role and participation of women

The purpose of this study is to provide a model of political development based on the role and participation of women in order to improve the presence and role of women in political development.The research method is grand theory and the data collection tool is an interview and a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study for interview includes 15 current and former managers of East Azerbaijan province who have a doctorate degree and the statistical population for evaluation by a questionnaire includes 100 representatives of the 11th term candidates in the Tabriz constituency. The research methodology is based on quantitative and qualitative content analysis techniques and semi-structured interview techniques in collecting interview data and texts. The obtained data were analyzed through structural equations and partial least squares method using smartpls 2 software. The results of the study while confirming the model showed that the factors and contexts affecting political development based on the role and participation of women have a positive and significant effect on the dimensions of political development and the dimensions of political development on the effects and consequences of political development based on women's role and participation It has a positive and significant effect.
