Evaluation of the Quality of Educational Services Using Multi-criteria Decision-making Methods in the Higher Education System
Higher education institutions, as one of the types of service organizations, should try to identify the expectations and needs of students, maintain and attract their loyalty and gain a competitive advantage, and provide them with quality services. Examining the methods and approaches proposed in quality assurance systems has been considered as a suitable strategy to maintain and improve the quality of the higher education system and a suitable response to the challenges ahead in providing quality services. In the service quality evaluation process as a decision process, multi-criteria decision-making techniques can be mentioned as a new method to measure its desirability and quality. In terms of its fundamental purpose, this research is part of the descriptive review methods, which tried to present the findings with a descriptive method by examining the documents and information, and compared the two methods (AHP) and (Topsis) as suitable methods to evaluate the quality of higher education services. In this research, the method of library studies was used to collect data. The results of the research showed that the multi-criteria decision-making methods (AHP) and (Topsis) have a suitable ability to evaluate the quality of educational services in the higher education system.
