Variable Study and Contrastive Analysis of Peripheral Defense Strategy between Iran and Zionist Regime: Presenting Ideal Scenarios based on Soft-Power Components
Paying in the prescribed security plan of United States and inherent illegitimacy has forced the Zionist regime to change his defensive doctrine in the last two decades from accumulation of power and balance of power to the passive balance of threat .Among the samples of this passive doctrine has been imitating the peripheral defense strategy of the Islamic republic of Iran in Lebanon and Syria to be implemented in Azerbaijan and Iraqi Kurdistan region. Due to the importance of this issue, the current research has employed the regional security complex theory to analyze these to strategies comparatively through exploratory factor analysis, matrix of crossed impacts and using experts view. It was found that the two strategy are different in four dimensions of ontology, sociology, methodology, and resources which entail 14 different variables. It was also found that these variable are placed into different categories of strategic, target, risk, leverage and environmental variables which resulted in inherent difference between the strategies in favor of Iran. An ideal scenario based on the components of soft power is presented.
