Identifying the antecedents and consequences of the strategic management system of green human resources in the water and wastewater organization of Semnan province
The main goal of the research is to identify the antecedents and consequences of the green human resources strategic management system. In order to achieve the goal of the research, the grounded theory research method has been used to develop the adopted research model. The participants of the study included 14 academic experts from top-tier universities and managers of water and wastewater companies, who were selected based on the principle of theoretical adequacy, using the purposeful sampling method. A semi-structured interview has been used for data collection. The results of the present research led to the identification of 12 main categories and 41 subcategories using a grounded theory approach. In order to design a green recruitment model, personality factors, green process development, technological conditions, waste management system implementation, green organizational culture, green intellectual capital, green communication were introduced as consequences and green energy consumption management, green health and safety management, economic factors and green performance improvement were identified as consequences of strategic management system of green human resources.
