Investigating the relationship between environmental management and labor productivity with regard to the moderating role of quality management (in the tax administration of Khorasan Razavi province)

The purpose of this study was to investigate environmental management and labor productivity with respect to the moderating role of quality management in the tax administration of Khorasan Razavi province. The research method used was descriptive-correlational survey. The statistical population of this research was the staff of the Tax Affairs Department in Khorasan Razavi Province, which numbered 1500 people. The statistical sample of this research was the staff of the Tax Affairs Department in Khorasan Razavi province based on Krejcie and Morgan table which was obtained for 306 people. The research data were collected by library and field methods and the instrument used was standard questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient test and the validity of the instrument by content method. Also, for data analysis, the method of structural equations using LISREL software has been used. The results showed that there is a significant effect between environmental management and labor productivity due to the moderating role of quality management in the tax administration of Khorasan Razavi province.
