Assessing the Opportunities and Challenges of the Joint Foreign Policy and the Security of European Union vis-a-vis Iran (1991-2021)

Despite the challenges in our relationships between both actors and U.S. pressure, the European Union has tried to expand its relationships due to relative advantage in areas of cooperation, and this research, based on descriptive-analytical method and library studies, answers the main question: What components are the factors that promote and what are the challenging factors for the relations between the two?
