Abstract:
Background and
purpose
One of the most important and serious international crimes is the crime of territorial aggression, which the domestic courts of the countries are facing many challenges based on accepted legal principles.
Materials and methods
This research is of a theoretical type, the research method is descriptive and analytical, and the method of collecting information is library-based, and it was done by referring to documents, books, and articles.Ethical considerations: In all stages of writing the present research, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed. 
Findings
Despite the five forms of court jurisdiction, the domestic courts of the countries are able to deal with it under certain conditions, but in this regard, they face many obstacles and challenges, such as identifying the aggressor and being responsible for the issue of aggression and biological attacks.
Conclusion
The failure of the domestic courts to successfully implement the jurisdiction over this crime is due to the existence of many obstacles and challenges.
