Security in Critical Geopolitics(A Case Study: Ideas of Richard Moyer)
The purpose of the present study is to review security in critical geopolitics based on the ideas of Richard Moyer. The method of study is descriptive-analytic and the results showed that sometimes the concept of "holes in the state" in Moyer's view is downgraded to a sort of positivist outlook free from any innovation so the audience is induced to believe this scientific error that Moyer has just dealt with the stage of political geography. Moyer's purpose of bringing the term "holes in the state" was not to create a theoretic framework so it deems appropriate to deal with intricacies of such an extensive issue, under a conceptual framework, in order to explain the problem and also determine a way to get out of thereat.
