The role of rural entrepreneurship in sustainable development

Entrepreneurship is known as one of the most important efforts of rural development. Entrepreneurship in the rural context focuses on creating new job opportunities in rural areas and creating new risky jobs and has a wide range and variety. One of the effective factors in rural development is entrepreneurship; Because, entrepreneurship can play an effective role in improving the economic and livelihood situation of villages by creating new employment and income opportunities. For this reason, measuring the level of entrepreneurship of villagers and trying to develop and strengthen entrepreneurship in the process of rural development, by providing its initial grounds, is of particular importance. The purpose of this research is to investigate the place and importance of rural entrepreneurship in sustainable development. This research is descriptive and library studies. For this purpose, in this research, it has been tried to use the documentary method of information required for collective research, which the description of this study shows that by diversifying economic activities by entrepreneurs to the strategic goals of rural development; It will increase human well-being, prevent the migration of villagers to cities, alleviate poverty and social justice, etc.
