The Role of Parents in Raising Children According to Religious Teachings and Islamic Lifestyle

The purpose of this research is to answer the question: "What teachings does Islam have about raising children that should be applied by parents in order to raise a spiritually and psychologically healthy generation?"

This research has investigated Quranic verses and Islamic traditions and their interpretations with a descriptive-analytical approach and with a library method.

Although Islam pays attention to various environmental factors in the field of raising children, such as the role of friends and even the rulers of the society, but the greatest contribution in this field is directed to the parents and for them, for each stage of the development and growth of children, i.e. embryonic and newborn stages, childhood , adolescence and youth have provided specific educational guidelines and also identified the most important factors affecting the education of children, some of the most important of which have been investigated in this research.

The educational teachings of Islam in the field of child rearing, which have been discussed in this research, are an important part of the Islamic lifestyle that should be used by parents continuously and become an important part of the lifestyle that can be continued in Children should make an impact so that spiritually and psychologically, a righteous, healthy and successful generation will be brought up.
