Presenting the succession model of skill training in family businesses in Khorasan Razavi food industry
The purpose of this research is to present the succession model of family businesses in the food industry of Razavi Khorasan. The research has a fundamental and applied approach, and the research method is mixed. Content analysis model was used to identify the indicators, and the relationships between the variables were obtained from the structural equation method (SEM). The community of the qualitative section includes the experts of Khorasan Razavi food industry, sampling is by snowball method. Also, the statistical population of the quantitative part was investigated by simple random sampling method. Data collection in the qualitative part is in the form of semi-structured interviews and the quantitative part is in the form of a questionnaire. In this research, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. One of the statistical methods for analyzing the information in the data set is factor analysis or factor analysis. Lisrel software was used. The results showed that the research model for t-coefficients above ±1.96 to ±2.58 are significant at the 0.05 level and t-coefficients above ±2.58 are significant at the 0.01 level. The path coefficients and the explained variance of the research variables and the fit indices obtained for the tested model show that the RMSEA index in the estimated model has an acceptable level with a rate of 0.064 and other fit indices such as CFI, GFI, NFI, and AGFI are respectively equal to 0.97, 0.94, 0.95 and 0.92, they are all at a suitable level.
