Investigating the Effect of Virtual Skill Training in the Era of Corona on the Performance of the Graduates of the Chalous Scientific-Applied University
The corona virus pandemic has affected all aspects of human life, and education is one of those aspects that was affected in all universities. Due to the closure of all educational centers during the Corona era, the need to continue education has become mandatory for everyone. In the current research, the effect of virtual skill training during the Corona era on the performance of the graduates of the Chalous Scientific-Applied University has been investigated. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of method. The main tools for data collection are library sources and questionnaires. The statistical population includes 360 graduates of Chalus University of Applied Sciences who graduated in February 1400. 175 people were selected by random sampling based on Morgan's table. In this research, in order to measure the variable components of virtual skill training, the 21-question questionnaire of Kim et al. (2005) and the 19-question questionnaire of Lari et al. The results show that virtual skill training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of graduates in the Corona era, and the regression equation was also presented to predict the effect of the predictor variable on the criterion variable.
