The power and strength of these intellectual tools have such high foundations that without its presence, access to a society with a dynamic culture is unattainable and impossible. The media are considered the information center of every society and have different functions, both overt and hidden, in the fields of education, information and awareness, entertainment and entertainment. In addition to the mentioned cases, the media plays a role in the production of crime and the atmosphere emanating from it, as well as in the prevention of crime in such a way that its role and function have been noticed by everyone, because the public knowledge of crime and justice A large amount of media is obtained by spreading the view of media tyranny, which uses the high power of the media in inducing and influencing the audience, and for the audience, they are passive and influential towards the messages of the public media. Therefore, the goal of prevention may be to reduce crime or limit it or prevent its growth. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of media in crime prevention with descriptive-analytical method.
