Knowledge management and its impact on reducing the crisis with the human resource agility approach (Study on the Esfahan: Shariati Hospital )
The use of knowledge management capability is critical to formulating a vision of patient satisfaction and maintaining community health, and in many cases the use of knowledge and experience of staff has saved many lives in critical situations. Is . Among public and private hospitals, health centers covered by the Social Security Organization always face crises that require planning for crisis management. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the direct and indirect effects of knowledge management on crisis reduction due to the mediating role. Human resource agility in Dr. Ali Shariati hospital in Isfahan. The results show that knowledge and agility of the medical team when the crisis is critical to a health center greatly improves the working condition and overall, knowledge management affects the overall performance of this medical center.
