Designing and validation of the Green Human Resources Management Questionnaire in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The purpose of the current research was to design and validate the Green Human Resource Management Questionnaire in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of data collection, so that in the qualitative part, the dimensions were identified using the foundational data theory, and the factors were placed in the quantitative part in the form of a questionnaire for analysis. In the qualitative part, the statistical population consisted of specialists in the field of green human resources management and employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and in the quantitative part, there were 360 ​​employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research tools included semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire for the qualitative part. The qualitative part was analyzed with Maxqda, the quantitative part was done with SPSS, and for the exploratory factor analysis and the structural equation model, AMOS was used. The results of the qualitative part showed that 9 dimensions and 53 final codes have been identified and approved. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the dimensions have been able to obtain more variance than the variance of each factor. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis also showed that the obtained factor loadings were greater than 0.4, which indicates that the factor loadings were confirmed. Finally, it can be said that the attention of the managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth to the category of green human resources management can help in improving the organization and its sustainability as much as possible.
