Investigating the relationship between smart talent management and surrogacy in higher education in order to present a model
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between smart talent management and surrogacy in order to ensure continuity of leadership in key positions, retention and development of spiritual capital, knowledge capital for the future, and encouraging people to develop. The research method is descriptive with survey approach. The data needed for analysis of the researcher-made questionnaire whose validity from existing sources and the opinions of experts and its reliability were determined by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.882). The statistical population of this study was faculty members of the faculty of higher education and postgraduate staff in the Islamic Azad University of Khorasan Razavi. The stratified random sampling method and 291 individuals were selected as the statistical sample size and the findings of exploratory factor analysis, strategy, recruitment, evaluation and discovery as key components of talent management and organizational learning, development and He identified knowledge sharing and creation as the main components of knowledge management and the application component with standard coefficient (0.87) and talent retention component with standard coefficient (0.86) had the most impact. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the relationship between intelligent talent management and surrogacy with standard coefficient (0.93) and the test statistic estimated the severity (correlation coefficient) of this relationship as 0.394.
