Effects of transformational leadership through empowerment on job attitudes regarding the moderating role of psychological empowerment of the National Cartographic Center
The main purpose of this study is "Effects of transformational leadership through empowerment on job attitudes regarding the moderating role of psychological empowerment of the National Cartographic Center ". In this study, job attitudes as the dependent variable and transformational leadership attributes as independent variables. Empowerment is as a mediator variable in the research. The population is all employees of Country mapping organization in Tehran via 181 persons Morgan has been selected as the sample. The method of research is descriptive and functional approach. Data collection is Libraries and survey data. Methods of test hypotheses through are factor analysis and structural equation. The results of first and second hypothesis testing shows components of transformational leadership has direct and significant impact on job attitudes and empowering employees. The third hypothesis results showed empowering employees have to enhance the impact of transformational leadership on job attitudes.
