Designing an index to measure the quality of natural resource management based on the approach of good governance in the public sector

Natural resource management refers to the management of resources such as land, water, soil, plants and animals, and its focus is on the quality of life of the current generation and future generations. Management of natural resources considers the action of nature and humans and includes land use planning, water management, biodiversity protection and future sustainable industries such as agriculture, mining, tourism, fishing and forestry, which is also related to the concept of sustainable development. has eaten. The purpose of this research is to design an index to measure the quality of natural resources management based on the approach of good governance in the public sector of Iran. In the qualitative part of the research, the findings from the background and interview to design indicators and dimensions of the quality of natural resources management in the framework of good governance principles were categorized and its content validity was confirmed by experts. In the quantitative part of the research, in order to validate and check the validity of the structure, confirmatory factor analysis method was used and its validity was confirmed.
