The effect of cultural intelligence on the job satisfaction of employees with the role of emotional labor mediator (Assalouye Special Economic Zone)

Abstract:

Job satisfaction is considered one of the important factors in increasing the efficiency and success of the job. Development is created by efficient, interested human resources with a deep psychological bond. Teachers and trainers who train a huge student force must be interested in their job so that they can develop the potential talents of students. From the point of view of experts, satisfaction is the general attitude of a person towards a job. One of the influential concepts in job satisfaction can be cultural intelligence. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of cultural intelligence on the job satisfaction of employees with the mediator role of emotional labor in the Asaluye Special Economic Zone, which was collected with a quantitative approach and using the survey method and questionnaire tool. The statistical population of the research includes all the employees of Asalouye Special Economic Zone, numbering 2300 people, and using stratified random sampling, 340 people were investigated as a statistical sample. Structural equation modeling method and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the research data. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of a wide range of emotional labor and cultural intelligence on the job satisfaction of employees. It was shown that paying attention to cognitive, motivational factors, emotional dissonance and the expression of natural feelings felt on job satisfaction among employees of the organization is very important. The results show that cultural intelligence has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of Asalouye Special Economic Zone. Also, emotional labor has a significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition to this, emotional work also has a significant effect as a mediating variable on the relationship between cultural intelligence and the job satisfaction of employees of Asalouye Special Economic Zone.
