From the beginning of life until reaching the age of puberty, a human goes through several stages of growth, which requires having desirable biological and psychological characteristics and successfully entering social life and aligning with accepted values, norms and patterns of social behavior. He will go through the stages of growth in a favorable way. If the factors related to growth are disrupted in different stages of his development, the child and adolescent are at risk of deviating from the path of conformity with accepted values, norms and patterns. Childhood is a time full of future-making moments.If the conditions for healthy growth are provided for the child, this growth will be positive and if such conditions are not provided, the child is at risk of deviating from the path of healthy growth. Considering the various rights stipulated for children in international documents and investigating the situation of delinquent children and teenagers and the violation of many of the aforementioned rights regarding them, it shows that the violation of the rights of proper development puts children at risk of committing crimes. All aspects of the child's development, including his sociability and control, are related to the family in some way, and disruption in any of the family's functional areas; It puts children and teenagers at risk of delinquency.
