Presenting the economic model and transfer of advanced and new technology in the industrialization of the country's building by the method of structural equations

Technology transfer is an important element of the relationship between construction companies, especially in the international construction industry, and in construction, it is a source of creativity that enables the design and construction of the company with new technologies. The process of technology transfer is based on value and Product protection. Technology transfer (technology transfer) has become increasingly important since the formulation of the International Code of Practice for Technology Transfer by UNCTAD in 1985 and has become a preferred platform for bridging the gap between developed and developing countries. At the same time, International Joint Ventures (IJVs) have been proposed as a tool to change the perception that contractors in developing countries can position themselves to receive technology from their developed counterparts. So far, technology transfer has been studied through a variety of theoretical lenses. However, predominantly, the perspectives used have assumed a linear process, viewing technology as merely a destination and effectively ignoring the multiple interactions in technology transfer. A counterargument has been proposed to observe technology transfer, which is a process of social-technical interactions that relies on learning. With the presented results, it raises the importance of studying technology transfer as a system of socio-technical interactions on a construction project in order to understand how learning plays a role in this process.
