Presenting the model of organizational culture in the central organization of Islamic Azad University
The research method is mixed in this research, which used theme analysis in the qualitative part and descriptive-survey method in the quantitative part. The data collection method is library and field. The tools of data collection are questionnaires and interviews. The statistical population is the central organization of Islamic Azad University. The sample size in the qualitative section was 13 university experts and random sampling was selected in the quantitative section. Simple, which was selected as the sample size by using the coefficients of Morgan's table with the number of 310 people. The findings of the research using the Brown and Clark method indicated 8 basic themes, 5 organizing themes including cultural participation, rule of law, organizational monitoring, competence cultivation, attention to the basic organizational components. The designed model was analyzed using structural equation modeling method and Smart pls version 3 and SPSS version 23 software. From the results of the research, we can mention the fundamental role of organizational culture in the organization, which is one of the factors of guiding employees by managers, according to the goals, expectations and values of the organization, in order to grow and develop human resources.
