The Effect of emotional intelligence training on marital satisfaction

This research in order to study the effect of emotional intelligence training on marital satisfaction married in Psychological counseling centers in four cities Tehran area, was conducted. For this purpose, Selected Three centers that were announced from Statistical Society and The three centers randomly assigned 40 patients with low-level tests taken on the basis of pre-marital satisfaction were selected and replaced the experimental and control groups were 20 people in each group.In this study, to measure emotional intelligence from emotional entelligence euestionnaire bar-on and to measure marital satisfaction from enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire was used. After pre-test was performed 12 sessions of emotional intelligence training and then the test was conducted. The statistical method used in the study was Multivariate analysis of variance. The results obtained in this study emotional intelligence training to increase marital satisfaction in married. Emotional intelligence training to the increase in all components of emotional intelligence has been married. Including the individual component, between the individual component, Stress management component, General moo.d component and adaptive components.
