The pattern of police development at the level of the Islamic Revolution

Nowadays, various organizations, especially those that are directly related to society, are witnessing changes in their management issues, of which the police are no exception; This is where the need for a school and intellectual, political, and theological aspects as a roadmap for development and progress becomes clear to us. During the absence of Imam Asr (as), the measures and orders of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces are our roadmap. Referring to the orders of the Supreme Leader in recent years, the issue of the police at the level of the Islamic Revolution has emerged as one of the main and most important demands of His Holiness;Therefore, in this study, the development model of the police at the level of the Islamic Revolution is presented in the framework of the second step of the Revolution Statement and its role in dealing with the global crisis of insecurity is examined. In terms of method, this research has a fundamental and theoretical nature and is a type of qualitative study that has been performed by content analysis method with coding technique. After performing open, axial and selective coding steps, the concepts were analyzed with comparative and historical logic. National construction and global civilization are presented as countermeasures.
