Effectiveness of emotional security training on organizational health and behavior excellence of police command personnel (Case study of police officers of Poldakhter city)
Direct face-to-face communication with many life-threatening and physical threats and traumatic events has caused the employees working in the force to be exposed to all kinds of threats and occupational injuries.
This quasi-experimental pre-test-post-test study with a comparison or control group was conducted using the standardized Hui and Fleidman organizational health questionnaire and the standardization and excellence questionnaire of Ajam Ekrami police behavior. A total of 30 police personnel from Poldakhtar city participated in this study based on simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 21 and descriptive statistical methods such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics such as regression and analysis of variance.
The results of this study showed that the effect of emotional security training intervention on the linear combination of two variables of organizational health is behavioral excellence. The effect of emotional security training between the experimental group and data control shows that the difference There is significance in the mean scores. The adjusted mean of the experimental group was 64.79 and the adjusted mean of the control group was 52.47, which is higher than the control group. As a result, emotional security training is effective on organizational health and behavioral excellence of police personnel in Poldakhtar.
Teaching emotion regulation strategies can be effective in preventing and treating many negative emotions. Emotion regulation skills help the police to better understand their emotions and do their job without engaging in disturbing emotions.
