Abstract:
Background and Aim

identifying the components of organizational excellence with a youthful approach can play an effective role in the police command, the present research was conducted to identify the components of organizational excellence with a youthful approach in the police command.

Methodology

The method was mixed with an exploratory design (qualitative-quantitative), the qualitative part of the content analysis was a mixed approach and the quantitative part was a descriptive survey. The statistical population in the qualitative part was the experts and experts in organizational excellence topics active in the university and police command and the quantitative part was the managers of the police command in Mazandaran province. Sampling method qualitative part with theoretical saturation of 10 people and quantitative part using Cochran's formula and stratified random method, 177 people were selected as a sample. The tool for collecting the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and the reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.92%, data analysis was done by parametric one-sample t-tests, exploratory factor analysis and structural equations. It was done in SPSS20 and PLS3 software.

Results

Based on the results of the research, the components of organizational excellence with a youthful approach include five dimensions contextual factors, causal factors, environmental factors, youthful strategies, and consequences. which were identified and categorized in the form of 27 components. The indicators include (excellence of the organization's performance, technological excellence, community excellence, and excellence of Naja employees). Therefore, organizational excellence has a positive and significant effect on youth-orientation strategies and outcomes.

Conclusion

Based on the identified organizational excellence, we can expect the use of organizational excellence with a youth-oriented approach, which will ultimately lead to the excellence of the police command.
