Studying the Relationship between Positive Feeling towards Spouse and Family Health among Northern Khorasan Police Staff Families

The aim of the present study is investigating the relationship between positive feelings towards spouse and family health in Northern Khorasan personnel. The survey method is used in this study. The statistical population of research consisted of all Northern Khorasan personnel in 2015-2016. The 170 participants were selected through convenience sampling method. in order to collect the data, the family health questionnaire (FOS, 1985) positive feelings questionnaires (PFQ, 1981) were used. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics like Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that Positive Feelings towards spouse is significantly able to predict family health. In other words, there is a positive significant Correlation between Positive Feelings towards spouse and family health (p<0/01). Increasing the positive feelings and senses of couple’s towards each other is based upon healthy and sustainable family. However, positive feelings towards spouse lead to family stability, satisfaction, and health.
