The economic crime is one of the few crimes which were considered by lawyers recently despite the its being traditional in some instances. Since, whatever the human beings live becomes dependent on economy and its need to economy increases, preparing the society for healthy economic activities and preventing the corruptions that endanger these activities more to be felt. Identify these corruptions and its criminalization is one of the concerns of legislature in every country. In the field of economic activity whatever makes one action to be considered as a corrupted action is its harmful effect to the society and its members. So, the term loss always been associated with economic crime and economic crimes cannot be achieved without loss. In other words, the basic components constituting the material element of the crime, is harmfulness.
