Studying the Relationship between Cultural safety Development and ’Bad Hijabi’ Social Problem

Nowadays, along with development of the globalization theories and cultural imperialism, different societies in particular developing countries are facing with some disorders in society and the form of their social problems is changing. In third world and developing countries, western development patterns are increasingly explored through media imperialism and in addition to economy, the cultural areas are affected as well. Considering the Iran’s sensitive and strategic position in this region and following the Islamophobia project and rest of the excuses of leaders of arrogance, our country is targeted by these media imperialism stream which is threatening society’s cultural safety and promoting the ’Bad Hijabi’ (westernization) in society. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the cultural development issue and to present an initiative to cope with social problems like ‘’bad hijabi’’. In order to investigate the bad hijabi problem, this study is using the documentary method and development theories, globalization theories and imperialism theories. Finally, it is concluded that through developing the scientific and technologic capabilities of society in particular in the field of media and communication, creating self-consciousness and Islamic- cultural insights among the people, increasing the economic and social costs of bad hijabi, and law enforcement in order to deal with people who threaten the ethical and cultural safety, can be fought with this social problem.
