However, due to the multifacetedness of this debate, there are differences in the views of scholars regarding whether this issue is included under the questions and issues of which science, although it has often been examined in the science of the principles of jurisprudence. This issue becomes important because sometimes the legal and fundamental view of moral or theological issues and vice versa leads to incorrect results. Therefore, it is important that every issue is evaluated with the correct approach and analyzed from the perspective of related scientific expertise. In this research, which was carried out in a descriptive-analytical way, while explaining the dimensions of the "TAJARRI" issue, we found that: However, this issue is jurisprudence or jurisprudential rules from the point of view of sanctity and lack of it, but from the aspect of including the evidences of sanctity on "TAJARRI" it is in the position of the science of principles of jurisprudence. Regarding the entitlement of Aqab Mozhri, although the appearances indicate that the discussion is "theological", but according to the evidence presented, it is not a "theological" issue and it is raised about the science of principles; But the ugly topic of "TAJARRI" is one of the "theological" topics.
