Lessons from Relief and Treatment of Combat Causualities in Bostan Liberation Operations

The city of Bostan, at Khuzestan province, and 70 surrounding villages, were captured by the Iraqi Ba'athist army at the beginning of the imposed war. On 8 December 1980, the city of Bostan and its 70 affiliated villages were liberated by the Iranian Islamic forces. Combined with previous experiences and new initiatives, the Behdari-e-razmi has fully operationalized the medical and emergency support of the conflict (Tarigh-al-Ghods).
