Abstract:
The sensitive and strategic position of Iran in the West Asian region and the existence of crises and political instability in the southern neighboring countries and the intervention and presence of the United States and its allies in the Persian Gulf region as well as the prevalence of smuggling in this region cause threats to the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, in this regard, the approach of heterogeneous maritime defense and emphasis on the principles of the defense doctrine that the combat base is inexhaustible is necessary to connect the combat organization to the huge and inexhaustible capacities of the popular mobilization.
