Explanation of social responsibility based on transformative leadership and sensitivity to justice
The research aims to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and social responsibility; It was done through sensitivity to justice. The present research method was of the correlation type in the form of a structural equation model. The statistical population of the present study included all the military forces, of which 278 people were studied, and according to the scale of transformational leadership (Bass and Avolio, 2000), the justice sensitivity inventory (Schmitt& et al., 2003), social responsibility scale (Schuyt et al. , 2004). For data analysis, structural equation model analysis was used in Imus-24 software. The results of the analysis of the initial model based on the fit indices showed that the modified model had a good fit with the data. In addition, it was found that transformational leadership has an effect on social responsibility directly as well as through sensitivity to justice According to this, if the leaders of the organization have the characteristics of ideal influence, inspirational motivation, individual considerations and mental persuasion, they provide the basis for relying on moral values and beliefs such as sensitivity to justice, and finally people towards They lead to social responsibility. In other words, ethical behaviors can be expected following transformational, ethical and desirable leadership and increased sensitivity to justice.
