This article intends to deal with the experiences resulting from it while dealing with the meaning and concept of religion and religious knowledge with analytical-descriptive method. Considering the variety of readings in recent years and decades, especially in the intellectual-cognitive atmosphere of Iran, we see a trend towards interpretation, interpretation and semantic methods in the field of religious studies. One of the problems and dilemmas of dealing with such studies is having a non-critical and at the same time imitative and sometimes political view of these topics. which can be seen in the opinions of neo-thinkers such as Shariati and Bazargan.
