Investigating the semantic-utilitarian roles of imperative statements in Surah Ankabut
The study of meaning and its transmission through language, which manifests itself in different emotional, news, interrogative, and imperative forms, is investigated in various branches of applied science. From the point of view of usage, a sentence can have different roles in different contexts and contexts, the more common roles are the primary meaning and the other roles are the secondary meanings. Based on this, imperative statements can also play different roles. Since the Holy Qur'an is the manifestation of the semantic-utilitarian roles of imperative statements in order to increase the power of influence and induce meanings to the audience; The present research is trying to analyze the linguistic functions of the imperative sentences of Surah Ankabut, to investigate the communication ability of this surah and its impact on the audience. For this purpose, relying on the descriptive-analytical method, the text-oriented and user-oriented features of the verses have been analyzed along with the effective chain and hyperchain elements in the meanings of the imperative statements of this surah. The results indicate that the imperative statements of Surah Ankabut are used in the roles of guidance, warning, durability, threat, praise and insult, respectively, and considering that most of these statements are addressed to the false people; Therefore, it is understood that religious logic is based on guidance and guidance, and if the misguided oppose, they are first warned, and if they increase their disobedience, they are considered weak and incapable, and God promises them punishment. This type of communication between the Qur'an and the audience is a decisive proof of its linguistic miracle.
