The current library research - in a new approach and without a specific background - considering the connection between the aforementioned ruling and the sexual rights of women, using the method of textual research and relying on the views of the Qur'an scholars of Fariqin, to examine different views. and has come to the conclusion that: because of the conflict with the sexual rights of women and the general lines of the Holy Sharia, the ruling of Ila cannot be considered as a sign of Islam and a permanent ruling. found and based on this, it should be counted as one of the rulings for which the preliminary ruling is valid.
