Evaluation of hospital nurses with DEAHP method

Considering the crucial and fundamental role of hospitals in maintaining the health of society and the gradual and effective improvement of patients, the performance of hospital nurses has been evaluated.

The hospital nurses were examined using data envelopment analysis. To establish the empirical principle, the number of units greater than or equal to three times the sum of inputs and outputs, an index of input, and an index of output is combined and considered as an output, and their efficiency is calculated and ranked based on DEAHP.

The results show that Unit 12 was the most efficient and used its resources well.

The investigations are related to private hospitals in Tehran.
