Investigating geographical factors and indicators affecting the acceptance and effectiveness of the electronic human resources management system

Abstract:
The present study deals with the factors and indicators affecting the acceptance and effectiveness of the electronic human resource management system (E-HRM) in Islamic Azad University, Mashhad. The method of data collection in this field research was library and observation tools were interviews and questionnaires. In the present study, Mir Olkin and Bartlett adequacy test and structural equations were used to analyze the data. SPSS and Amos software were used in all statistical analyzes of this study. The results showed that technological, organizational, behavioral and environmental factors affect the acceptance and effectiveness of electronic human resource management (E-HRM) system in the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad and technological factors (T.F) had the highest effectiveness. It can also be said that the designed model has a good fit. Among the behavioral factors, the highest importance is related to the indicators of "support for top management" and "creating a common vision between human resources (HR) managers and information systems (IS)", respectively, and among organizational factors, the highest importance is related to The indicators of "planning clarity and goals of electronic human resource management" and "financial resources" and among the technological factors of the highest importance are related to the indicators of "language standardization" and "IT infrastructure", respectively, and among environmental factors. The highest importance is related to the "economic development of the country", so more importance should be given to these indicators.
