The right of civil society to influence the fight against smuggling of goods and currency
In the field of combating goods and currency smuggling, only government organizations and institutions have been used so far. So far, this procedure has caused the use of force and general power of government bodies in the fight against smuggling of goods and currency. In the meantime, by involving civil actors in the fight against the smuggling of goods and currency, it is the general power of government institutions. In this regard, this research seeks to overcome these problems by using multi-level governance.
The current research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method, which was conducted using qualitative content analysis. The sampling method is targeted and snowball, and to collect data, 14 experts in the field of smuggling were referred to in different institutions such as government punishments, customs. The method of data collection in this research is field. The tool for gathering information also includes interviewing and recording them.
The data and findings of the research include the opinions of the interviewees and their suggested solutions for the role and influence of the police in different dimensions. These comments include 16 overarching themes, which are presented in the form of 4 overarching themes. Based on the findings of the research, the right of civil society to influence the fight against smuggling of goods and currency at the sub-national level and in the dimensions of policy making and decision-making have been investigated.
According to the interviews conducted in the fight against the smuggling of goods and currency, the necessity of using the civil society has been emphasized a lot.
