Identifying and investigating the effective factors on improving the desirability of the training courseWith an attitude on the mediating role of military training activities
The purpose of the present research is to investigate the influential factors on improving the ranger's desirability training course. For this purpose, the main hypothesis and 16 sub-hypotheses were designed. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of survey and cross-sectional descriptive method. The study population consisted of scientific and military experts (including professors from the shiraz pedestrian center and the professors and commanders of the studied military training center), 20 of which were selected as a purposeful sampling method based on the Delphi method. The data collection tool includes structured interview methods and a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of five dimensions, 15 factors, and 69 measures. For Confirmatory factor analysis and PLS software were used to analyze quantitative data. The results of the measurement models, the reliability, the indicator reliability, and average variance extracted (AVE), and the structural models, such as R2 and Q2 indicates that the model is well drawn. The research results show that the main hypothesis and all the sub-hypotheses of the research (based on the t-Value results) were confirmed. in addition to the fact that the specialist skills-enhancing activities of the ranger have a positive and significant effect on improving the desirability of the training course for the students of the studied military training center; Also, the educational activities of the students present in the course fully mediate the relationship between the specialized skills-enhancing activities of Rangers by promoting the desirability of the Ranger training course
