Identifying the factors and components affecting the empowerment of human resources in the Ground Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, emphasizing the opinion of Imam Khamenei
Currently, according to environmental challenges and technological diversity, organizations need to empower human resources more than in the past in order to find the possibility of competing in competitive environments and avoid strategic surprises. The purpose of this research was to identify the factors and components affecting the empowerment of human capital from the perspective of Supreme Leader Imam Khamenei. The type of applied research and its qualitative method is based on grounded theory And the collection of information in this research was in the library method and document study. In this way, the statements of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution were collected from 1368 to 1394 and then analyzed with content and discourse analysis techniques and using MaxQD10 software. Based on the results in response to the research questions while analyzing the statements, propositions related to the subject were identified, extracted, categorized and reviewed and the results which include the principles of empowerment, the process of empowerment and the results of empowerment from the perspective of the Supreme Leader ( Madzaleh Al-Ali) was presented along with the human resources performance evaluation model.
