A New Look at "Inheritance of the Prophets" Tradition

the Hadith of "the prophet's Inheritance" is one of the challengable discussions between scholars and hadith researchers. The tradition has been related in Shiism and Sunni hadith books. One of the prominent transmitter of the tradition is Abūbakr who after the Prophet's death and claiming the Fadak by Honor Fātimah (SA), by quoting this tradition from the Prophet (PBUH) and understanding that the prophets did not inherit, he refused to return Fadak to her. Shiite scholars for revoking the argumentation of first caliph, considered his tradition and another transmitters in Sunni hadith books forged. Vice versa, Sunni scholars with authorizing Abūbakr's tradition considered deducing of Honor Fātimah (SA) mistaken. In this research we clarify that both of them in this way went wrong. On the basis of some absolute proofs it seems tradition of "Inheritance of prophets" is not forged and Abūbakr has heard it from the Prophet but he has slipped in proving that the prophets did not inherit.
