Purpose: Content analysis of the Quran and its impact on increasing the level of reading and improving spiritual health in the society
Methodology: The current research was applied and used the Systematic Review method. In this study, to extract verses related to reading and books and the effects of reading books from the perspective of the Holy Quran by combining keywords such as (books and book reading, books and the Qur'an, reading and the Qur'an, the importance and effects of book reading and the place of books and book reading) in Normagz, Mogiran, Silivika, Alamnet and SID databases were examined.
Findings: “By the pen and what they write.” (Surat Qalam, verse 1) By studying and increasing his knowledge, man not only guarantees his life in this world but the hereafter, and also increases his spiritual health. according to the verse “It is only those of His learned servants who fear God. Indeed, God is Mighty, Forgiving; (Surat Fatir, verse 28) In fact, by reading the book, man increases his thinking and awareness of divine power and truth, and it is spiritual health that makes him perfect, because anthropology and theism, which are considered aspects of spiritual health, evolve. “You did not know what the Book or faith is, but We made it a light by which We guide whomsoever We will of Our servants, and indeed you guide to a straight path. (Surat Shurawi, verse 52)، According to this verse, it is well visible in taking the foundations of the spiritual health of the society dependent on books and reading books. “Then We made the Book bequeathed to those whom We had chosen from among Our servants: but among them is unjust to himself, and among them is the thrifty, and among them is the one who precedes in good deeds, by God’s permission. This is a great credit to you. (Surat Fatir, verse 32). Based on this verse, we can use the book for personal, moral, social growth, and ultimately for the spiritual health of our lives. “Neither wet nor dry except in a clear Book. “And neither wet nor dry except in a clear Book; (Surat An'am, verse 52)، This is the power of the book, which can clarify the truth and include all the necessary data to promote reading and then human development in all dimensions, which is the achievement of the spiritual health of the society
Conclusion: By reflecting on the verses of the Holy Quran, we will realize that there is a direct relationship between increasing the reading culture and the spiritual health of the society. Relying on the basics of spiritual health, human beings improve their health in society from various aspects by continuously using books and reading books.
