Pathology of Using Female Police in SWAT Missions

considering the increasing presence of women in the stadium and participation of women in social gatherings such as chehlum , the formation of female police in naja 's elite units as a major strategy for timely , logical and consistent with the principles of profession in confrontation with specific threats in the field of women in naja . the present study sought to investigate the pathology of female police in the control missions of sport associations and the people of special services .

this research is qualitative and using qualitative content analysis technique , semi - structured interviews with semi - structured interviews with commanders , deputies and special police officers of kermanshah province who had experience in special unit missions and were purposefully selected and snowball were selected .

the presence of policewomen to control the sport associations of women and operations of the people is faced with actual and potential injuries in the previous stages , during and after the mission . ~~~ in order to eliminate and prevent it , the infrastructural measures such as recruitment and application of competent forces , special attention to the promotion of physical capability and martial arts , organizing appropriate settlements with the t - mission and providing appropriate and efficient facilities for proper implementation of mission .
